Order Cancellation Policy
Same-day cancellations may result in a restocking or re-delivery fee, especially after the truck is already loaded or en-route.
Full Tandem Dump Truck
I understand that our Full Tandem Dump Truck is scheduled with a subcontractor, and delivery date may not be exact. We will do our best to accommodate delivery within a day or two.
Delivery Surface & Dumping Disclaimer
Bulk materials are dumped loose and cannot be returned once delivered.The delivery truck needs adequate space to lift its bed and dump safely.The customer must ensure the drop area is free of vehicles, debris, low branches, overhead wires, or other obstacles.
No Returns on Delivered Product
Due to the nature of bulk material delivery, once the product has been dumped, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or removed.
Driveway & Property Damage Disclaimer
Bulk materials are delivered by heavy trucks. By placing this order, the customer agrees that the company is not responsible for damage to driveways, sidewalks, curbs, pavers, lawns, irrigation systems, underground utilities, or any other property if the customer requests delivery beyond the curb or street.
Material Volume Disclaimer
Bulk products are sold by volume (cubic yard or ton). Due to industry-standard rounding, moisture levels, and loading methods, delivered quantities may vary slightly. Normal variation of up to 10% is considered acceptable.
Delivery Placement Disclaimer
By completing this order, you acknowledge that delivery will be made to the closest safe and accessible location determined by the driver.Drivers cannot guarantee placement in a specific spot due to safety, slope, soft ground, overhead wires, wet conditions, or restricted access.If a customer directs the driver onto private property, the customer assumes full responsibility for any resulting damage, including ruts, cracks, turf/landscape damage, or stuck vehicles.
Weather Disclaimer
Rain or weather conditions may cause delays or may affect material appearance, moisture, or weight.Wet materials may be heavier, darker, or clump more than dry materials.These conditions are not grounds for refunds.
Delivery Time Disclaimer
Delivery time windows are estimates, not guarantees.Weather, traffic, equipment issues, and routing may cause delays.Someone does not need to be home unless specific placement instructions are required.

While every effort is made to provide clean materials, natural products may contain small amounts of organic debris, sand, stones, or foreign matter.This is normal and not a basis for return or refund.

03. Material Spillage During Transport
Once materials are loaded, the customer assumes responsibility for covering, securing, and transporting the load. The company is not responsible for any fines, tickets, or cleanup for materials spilled on public roadways.
05. Loading Disclaimer
Bulk materials are loaded using heavy equipment (skid steer, loader, etc.). While employees take care when loading, the company is not responsible for scratches, dents, cracked glass, tailgate damage, or other harm that may occur during loading.
07.Customer Vehicle Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring their vehicle can safely carry the weight of the materials purchased. The company is not liable for damage to vehicles, suspension, tires, tailgates, body panels, trailers, hitches, or other equipment caused by overloading.

Customers must remain inside their vehicle or in designated safe zones while loading is in progress. Children and pets must remain inside the vehicle at all times. Entering loading zones on foot is strictly prohibited.
04. Tailgate / Bed Damage Disclaimer
Customers must open or remove tailgates before loading.The company is not responsible for tailgate failure, bending, breakage, or latch damage.
06. Weight & Load Limit Disclaimer
Customers must know their vehicle’s maximum payload capacity. The company may refuse loading if the vehicle appears unsafe or overloaded, but the final responsibility rests with the customer.
08. No Returns on Delivered Product
